Caitlin Taglia, a native of Augusta, GA, has nearly twenty years’ experience in the hospitality industry. Her love for wine grew after graduating college, while working as the Beverage Manager for Grass Fed, a boutique steakhouse in Chicago’s trendy Bucktown neighborhood. After moving to Atlanta, she became a Certified Sommelier through the Court of the Master Sommeliers. Having worked in every facet of the hospitality industry, Caitlin understands the many complexities of building beverage programs and diversifying retail wine selections to accommodate every palette. Over the years she has led in-home and virtual wine tastings, crafted personal cellar collections, developed beverage programs, and educated restaurant staff and clients on the intricacies of wine and spirits.
